| WIN A MUSIC VIDEO COMPETITION 2009 | ||

Film production company SketchWork Productions Ltd and music management agency Ark Entertainment are proud to bring you a new and very exciting competition in which you can win yourself a professional music video. All you need to do is write your music video treatment which is your music video in story form (maxiumum 2 pages of A4) and submit it via any of the methods (listed under the submission section below) and the most fun, interesting and original will get their music video shot. |

| COMPETITION RULES | ||
|
1) The treatment is completely original with me; I am the present and exclusive and sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the treatment; and I have the exclusive, sole, and unconditional power and right to submit the treatment to you subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the rules of your Win A Music Video competition. (If the treatment is adapted from another medium, I am enclosing documentation verifying my right to make such an adaptation.) 2) The treatment must have a cover page attached which includes your name, address, email address and telephone number. This ensures we can contact you if you have the winning entry. 3) The song/music that will be used with the music video is completely original with me; I am the present and exclusive and sole owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the song/music; and I have the exclusive, sole, and unconditional power and right to submit the song/music to you subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the rules of your Win A Music Video competition. (If the song/music is adapted from another medium, I am enclosing documentation verifying my right to make such an adaptation.) 4) If your treatment is shortlisted you will be required to send a copy of your song on either CD via post or MP3 via email for the final round of judging. 5) The competition is free to enter and your treatment must be received by 1st June 2009. Late submissions will not be accepted. 6) I acknowledge that due to the number of submissions, if you require your entry to be sent back you must enclose a stamped addressed envelope with the correct postage attached. 7) Finally, the judges decision is final. |
